Go to View> Toolbars - select "New"
Give the toolbar a name. Once you name it a new
(blank) toolbar will appear.
Go to the "Command" Tab now and select from
existing icons - click on the icons you want and while holding down the mouse button ,
drag it to your new toolbar.
