Have you ever zoomed in on an area of a part and tried to rotate it so you could see a portion of it better only to have what you were trying to view disappear?  FeatureCAM has the ability to rotate around any entity using it as the center of rotation.

If you select a piece of geometry, curve or surface and use center selected you will find that the part will now rotate around that entity.  You can also zoom in and out using the mouse wheel or zoom from the view menu and your selected entity will still be the center of rotation!
