FeatureCAM has the ability to output the NC code with any extension your machine requires.  All you need to do is click the "edit button" on the post options window then go to "CNC-Info" "general" and enter the extension in the text box.  If you want no extension then leave the box blank.  Now every time you generate code, with that postprocessor, it will be output with the new file extension.
