A common call we receive in our support
department is 'how do I get out of evaluation
mode?'.
The following guide will help you troubleshoot
your dongle and give you full access to the modules
you own:
- Open FeatureCAM
- If you see a pop-up window with the picture
of a dongle, that means that either the dongle
is not plugged to the back of the computer or
that the computer is not recognizing the dongle.
You should also note that after you click 'OK'
to this message, FeatureCAM should start in
evaluation mode (top left corner of screen
should read 'evaluation')

- If this is the case, please click
here to download the latest release of the
dongle driver. Once the download is complete,
run the application and restart FeatureCAM.
In most cases this procedure will make your
computer recognize you have a dongle and you
will be able to move to the next step
- At this point you should see a window with 3
options:
- If you have an evaluation code, please
select that option and enter the code in the
provided field.
- If you have a full access code, please
select that option, check the modules you have a
code for and then enter the codes in the
provided field.
