FeatureCAM on 64-bit Windows

FeatureCAM is committed to supporting this important new technology.  FeatureCAM will operate normally on personal computers with 64 bit processors running the 64-bit edition of Windows.  Be aware, however, that an appropriate device driver for the hardware key, manufactured by Safenet, is required.

At the moment only USB dongles are supported.  If you are using a parallel dongle please contact FeatureCAM Technical Support for an exchange.  Click here to send an email to support.

It is also important to run FeatureCAM V12.2.0.07 or higher.

64 bit computing using either AMD's AMD64 or Intel's EM64T technologies: There is a driver available for download here.  This one driver supports both AMD64 and EM64T technologies.  In the ZIP file there is a README.TXT file that contains installation instructions.

64 bit computing using Intel Itanium technology: This is the least common of the 64 bit processors, and probably is NOT what you have.  A driver for the Intel Itanium is available from the Safenet website, the folks who make the dongles.
