Support Policy
If you have questions about our products after
purchasing:
1. Your FeatureCAM dealer should be your
first contact. Every dealer has extensive training in the
FeatureCAM product line.
2. If you are unable to contact your dealer,
or you need further assistance, contact Delcam USA at 801-575-6021
or send mail to
support. This support is free for the first 60 days
after your initial purchase and 30 days after the purchase of an
upgrade. An Delcam USA Applications Engineer will work with you to
solve your problem. |
Annual Maintenance
If you wish to have access to
Delcam USA Applications Engineers throughout the year, you need to
purchase our Annual Maintenance.
This provides you with automatic product upgrades and unlimited
phone support for a 12 month period.
If you do not wish to
purchase a maintenance contract you may obtain tech support for
$50 per call. (please have a credit card ready when you call.)
The phone and email support provided by the Annual
Maintenance contract should not be construed as a
replacement for FeatureCAM training. At the discretion of
FeatureCAM support staff, customers may be advised to obtain
adequate FeatureCAM training prior to receiving technical support.
